Chris Sung (Siu Man Sung 宋兆敏) brings over two decades of diverse professional experience to our team, with a strong foundation in real estate, business administration, and client service.

Chris is fluent in both English and Cantonese, and is currently learning Mandarin. Chris is a multi lingual communicator who understands the importance of clarity, respect, and connection in all client interactions.

Chris has held senior roles across some of Melbourne’s leading real estate agencies and her broad experience spans residential and commercial property management, VCAT representation, sales, and administration. A particular strength lies in her ability to manage with discipline and empathy, always ensuring compliance and delivering outcomes with efficiency and integrity.

Known for her “DECENT” approach - Dedicated, Ethical, Competent, Efficient, Nurturing, and Tenacious - Chris is a fast learner and diligent team member who thrives in dynamic environments. Her background also includes roles as a Director in property businesses, senior executive in sales, and even running her own hospitality venture, which speaks volumes of her entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability and her natural affinity for people. Chris has an ever curious mindset and an ongoing commitment to learning and growth.
