Debbie’s career path in real estate since joining the company in 2006, has seen her bring extensive experience in office administration to her current role as accounts manager.
Debbie directly handles all financial transactions and for the sales department particularly, works behind the scenes dealing with invoices generated by the marketing campaign and managing advertising costs for each property.
Once properties are sold and the deposit has been paid, she is responsible for the disbursement of deposit monies in the Sales Trust Account, liaising with legal representatives regarding the sale/settlement of properties and account sale requirements ensuring every financial aspect of the sale/purchase of a property runs smoothly.
Debbie’s priorities are a fine attention to detail, completing all tasks promptly and accurately and treating everyone with professionalism and courtesy.
